Henry sadly passed away in Royal Lancaster Infirmary on

Henry, born in 1936, was brought up in Littledale. He married

respected in the farming community.

He had three children, Gwen, Ann and the late Duncan. Henry was

very proud of his grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Becca, Jonathan

and Daniel, and was a very special ‘old grandad’ to Connie, Delilah and

Henry. Father in law of George and Malcolm and a dear grandad Baa.

His funeral service will be held at Calder Vale Methodist Chapel on

Monday 15th March at 11.00am. This will be followed with a private

committal in the churchyard of St. Eadmer Church, Bleasdale.

Unfortunately, the current restrictions do not allow for many people

to attend the church service.

The family do welcome friends and acquaintances to pay their respects

to the funeral cortege.

We shall leave the Garstang Funeral Home on Bridge Street at approximately

10.20am and travel to the family home. We expect the funeral cortege to travel

down Garstang High Street, on to Bridge Street at approximately 10.35am

eventually turning up Calder House Lane on the way to Calder Vale.
