Patricia Anne Nicholson 1946-2023

 

It is with great sadness that we have

been asked to share with Garstang that

Anne passed away peacefully on

Friday 17th November.

She was 77 years old.

 

She was more lovingly known

as Anne and was the dearly loved

and cherished wife of Mick.

A very much loved and

ever-loving mum of Julie and Bev.

The devoted and treasured nana

and great nana to Tom, Zoe, Laura,

Liam, Aimee and Betty.

A dear mother in law to Chris and Steven.

 

 

Anne was born in Calder Vale and lived

most of her life there, until she moved

into Garstang around 20 years ago. Her

working life was spent at the Lappet Mill

in Calder Vale. She enjoyed socialising with

family and friends, going out for lunch.

She also had a love for Irish and country

music and sequence dancing. Anne will

be remembered with love and that she

always had a smile on her face.

 

 

Her funeral service will take place at

St. Luke’s Church, Winmarleigh

on Wednesday 6th December at 11.00am

followed with committal at Lancaster Crematorium.
