In Loving Memory

Richard “Dick” Gornall
1932-2024
It is with sadness that we announce the
sad death of Richard Gornall, known to
all his family and friends as Dick.
He passed peacefully at home,
surrounded by his family on
Friday 9th February
aged 91 years.
Dick was the loving husband to his
beloved late wife Betty. A much-loved
father to Jennifer, Wendy, Mandy and
Michael. A cherished grandfather to
Sam, Jack, Rachel, Kate, Marcus, Sophie,
Spencer, Harvey and Max; and a
treasured great grandad to Edward,
George, Olivia, Matilda, Isaac, Arthur,
Toby, Poppy, Orla, Oliver and Meghan.
His funeral will take place at
St. Mary and St. James RC Church, Scorton
on Friday 23rd February at 11.00am,
before being laid to rest in St. Peter’s Churchyard,
reunited with his beloved Betty.
